When it comes to hiring a home inspector, don't feel that it's necessary to hire the one closest to you. Why limit your range? I don't.

However, I can certainly appreciate a home buyer's hesitancy in hiring an inexperienced or unqualified home inspector referred to them by an unfamiliar real estate agent. If my schedule permits, I remain open to traveling outside of my 'normal' service area, thus guaranteeing you an impartial and unbiased home inspection.
